yes, and it throbs like a motherfucker. you cant do those types of motions that pull on those tendons anymore until it heals. i had got it from doing heavy curls with a straight bar. however you got it, its that range of motion and posture that is putting stress in that area. gotta change it up and move away from it at the slightest sense of unnatural strain with the tendons.
