I'm not that into Viet food, I just know of a few good places that my parents have taken me to. I've probably had it before and just didn't realize it. I'm not a big soup guy either, I eat a lot of Asian foods, (I LOVE Korean and Japanese food), but I still don't really know much about their soups even though I eat it a lot.
