yea its easy to do, not to tell lol

basically gotta select the wheels and copy them and make them a new layer from the body, then select the body layer and drag it down, make sure its the layer ontop so the wheels go behind it (inside the wheel wells) opposed to the other way around. thats the simplest way i can put it. the background will be slightly off but you just take your time and make that a separate layer so its not funky looking it will not look as fake.

Too long, too much work.

This is the simplest way.

Cut along the green line, select the top part, copy to a new layer, move that layer down until you're satisfied, blend your cut lines if you have to, and that's it.
