I'm on my same breakfast that I've had for the last year and a half:

XL Dunkin' hot coffee, cream, 2 sweet + low, with a random flavor syrup.

The DD across the street will see me pulling into the lot and start making my coffee. I'm never in there longer than 30 seconds if there's nobody in line. It's great.
