Lol not really. I refuse to spend that much on headers, when the differences are minimal. It's not like it will really matter anyway, I haven't heard of people having much trouble with the eBay ones, other than their own errors.

And yeah Ebay headers are just about as good as over priced ones when it comes to bmws lol, obviously just make sure the welds look good enough to where they won't crack later on from heat and rattling.
