I've been waiting for a guy to deliver something and it been 2 months. I'm not the type to hastle.. up until 2 weeks ago he was in touch telling me various Excuses.. then nothing for the last 2 weeks until yesterday when he asked for my address yet again. I said it was a shit effort on his behalf and that i would preffer my money back...

He lost his shit in a pm and asked for my bank account details to transfer the money back to me, then told me im the one who made the shit effort...

How the fuck is any of it my fault? Apart from giving him the money up front... i trust people way too much...

Man, that sucks. I am like you: In cases like that, i trust people too much. If he won't give you the money back or deliver your stuff, i would go to a lawyer.
