I'm trying to save up for a down payment on a condo in Chicago, with a big-boy mortgage and everything. The longer I save, the less I pay monthly, but still, this shit takes forever. Especially when you add car payments and student loan payments (those two things comprise almost 33% of my paychecks as it is).
