Newb question
How much "grab" should I have with my wheel lugs if I install a stud kit on my car?
Like how much stud should I have extending from my wheel to tighten my lugs onto?
Is 8mm too sketchy?
should i aim for like half an inch atleast

you didnt buy extended wheel bolts when you bought spacers? anything more than a 5mm spacer needs new wheel bolts

I bought longer bolts but I want to switch to studs and nuts because theyre easier and studs with open nuts will give me the room to switch up wheel and spacer setups in the future without buying new bolts all the time... I think

if youre converting to studs, I would just go with these

and then run open lugs

I'm probably not getting turner ones just to save a few bucks but yep that's the plan.
I just dont want ricer ass studs that stick out 3 inches from my wheels.

With 75mm studs id have only 8mm of thread engagement on the front wheels for the nuts though and im wondering if that's not enough.

I wouldnt feel comfortable with only 8mm of usable threads. even with the extra 15mm on the 90mm ones, it would be only an inch of thread and would have hardly anything sticking through the open lugs.
