They don't give you the power to browse in english and bid on the item, you email tham and they bid for you. So they are pretty much a service like Jesse Streeter, but on a company scaleDrinking Enthusiast with a Car Problem

Pretty sure Import Monster is Aussie only. From what I hear, Jesse Streeter can be difficult to get a hold of sometimes.
And did you look at their pricing?

Yeah I did look at their pricing $175-200 fee for wheels would be an Equivalent of % fee if you were buying a set of wheels that cost $2k at auctionDrinking Enthusiast with a Car Problem

Yeah those fees suck compared to Streeter and he's always been super quick with replying and shipping in my experience. $250 will pretty much double your costs if you're getting a cheap wheels and therefore defeating the purpose

I use Import Monster coz it has an "Estimate Cost" button, so you can click it and type in the price and shipping method and location and it will give you a pretty good estimate of how much it will cost. Not to mention easy YJ navigation and cheap container postage.
I only use estimate for expensive items when I'm on a tight budget though. Atm I just have a tab with him and I put a $k or so when it gets to around $2kLast edited by 180roman; 08-26-2013, 11:29 PM.Drinking Enthusiast with a Car Problem
