You guys are going to **** me rnow

for lunch today I made pork stuffed with sauteed apple, onion, carrot and bacon stuffing, it was crazy good, I made veal cutlets smothered in sauce yesterday, in the past week I have also made sauteed sole with sauce (deglazed the pan with white wine/ clarified butter, then sauteed with mushrooms, tomato and onions, then swirled in a couple of pads of butter)

oh, I go to culinary school

Last weekend I made chicken parm with fresh home made breading, tomato sauce from scratch and a parmesan/mozzarella cheese blend on top. Pasta on the side with a chicken garlic mushroom cream sauce from scratch too.. holy balls did I eat that fast. Forgot to take pics

I grilled up a couple of strips the other day since it was a sweltering 60degrees in Atlanta

Cut 'em up and the woman made some killer potatoes with pepperjack cheese melted in

Then later that night I wanted to use the steak to make a sandwich. So I made some slaw using cabbage, carrots, red onion, mayo, and tobassco

              Texas toast
              thin sliced Strip
              melted Provolone
              dill pickle
              tomato
              spicy slaw

              cooking is my therapy

I just had a 1/3 lb Angus burger cooked on the George Foreman on two pieces of Texas Toast, with ketchup, coarse ground spicy mustard, and Hawaiian sweet onion potato chips on it. Finshed it before I saw the thread.

For tomorrow I have fresh chicken tenders marinating in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, with parsley, basil, oregano, garlic powder, and lemon zest mixed in. Also will be cooked on the Foreman. I still need to go to the store for the side, but it will be tomato, bell pepper, onion, fresh basil, and fresh mozzarella in a balsamic-based dressing. Some type of bastardized summer/caprese cold salad.

Some of these are older. The short rib is the most recent (week or so).

Just whatever was in the "Food" thread of my Flickr. I made all of it, for better or worse, lol.

NY Strip (done in cast iron, of course)

Hamachi Kama (i.e. Grilled yellowtail collar. Leave overnight in salt & sake first)

Short Rib (poached in butter, rested, then seared off in cast iron)

                            Sanma Shioyaki

Kalbi Short Rib (Banchan obviously not made by me, hence the container)

Just a stupid thing on weeknights, but I love it. Kimchi dogs.
