a couple id say- spoon powered crx, a turbo mark 3 supra, a gtp swapped monte carlo that ran 8.5 in the quarter lol and im sure im missing a couple but my buddies 73 cuda with a 360 w/ 6 pack

for me it would have been any of the albanian kids with newer cars, then maybe my friends mk4 gti 1.8t with some stuff done to it. some kid did drive a late 90s mustang gt to school now and then poeple there had no taste in cars it was really terrible, they though my lowered mk3 gti on d90s was like the weirdest thing ever

I was the graduating class of 2007. Fastest car at my high school was an iroc camaro on the bottle. My 98 Prelude with all the basic bolt ons was "fairly" quick compared to everyone elses cars

Other high schoolers would come up to me too me saying "Wanna race, i got my dads _______" i would never race, but most of the time it was like a high end luxury car, that would of lost, that they think is the fastest car ever. My friends dad had a twin turbo viper, which was rediculous

I went to a Private school, so everything in our lot was ridiculous. But there was one kid who was chauffeured everyday in a Phantom and two others in those executive Escalades. In terms of kids that actually drove, there was a bunch of 335's, C350's and A4/S4. But one of the 335 was JB3, downpipes, full exhaust, etc. Thing was quiclk. I had a X5 for 4 months, then bought a 2002 Chevy Avalanche. Nothing fast.

Doctors kid got a new 'Stang a few months into the school year, for the simple reason of staying in school. The rest of us were so broke it took 6 of us to scratch coin together to buy a bottle of Boone's Farm.

My chevy 3500 was the quickest at my school. It made 500whp. I had some kid total it though, thought he was funny and ended up catching one of my rear tires(they stuck out farther then the bed) and ended up in my bed/cab.

My buddies SRT4 with an AGP WGA, Max fab 3" open DP, maxfab 02 housing, and stage 1. But that car was a freak. Trapped something like 112-113 with those mods.

And as far as the other high school I went to, there was a droptop non ws6 trans am that some kid drove (it was his moms, auto too) and my probe GT fucking wasted that thing. Same story with the 2v new edge mustang that had flowmasters and clear taillights, pooped on that thing too. And a kids parents bought him an 05 RSX type S (in 05 I graduated in 06), and that was the best run I got...and we were pretty even, but I still nosed him.

Those were the real life people.

Now there were the Grammas's who own a bunch of pizza places/real estate/etc all over this side of cincy. I remember junior year, Lee (my age) and his brother Nick fucking up like $3xx,xxx worth of cars. Lee had a turbo'ed E46 M3 that had been in california at a shop for like 8 months, and he drove the car for like a week after getting it back, before he slung it in a ditch. And his brother wrecked his 700hp 911 in a real sharp curve heading towards downtown. Then later that same week I think lee was drunk and left a club and smoked the side of his Escalade truck.
