By the end of it, I referred to my Protege as a two-seater, despite the back seat. Girls I knew didn't seem to mind though.

Every state has bad roads and good roads. It's impossible to say that one state's roads are 100% worse than anothers. Michigan is known for terrible roads as is NY, PA, etc. but you can see bad roads anywhere
