If you're going to keep stock bars, then get forward pegs. If you're going to do low bars, do "normal" pegs.

Yeah, if you have a brace with fold-out pegs, you can always take them off later and leave the brace itself on if you decide to run rear pegs.

Anyway, bars are a bitch, lol. I've got them on, controls on, etc, but cables are throwing me for a loop. I'd like not to have to shorten them, but I'll probably have to. I've got a thread up on TR about it right now.

I've decided it will make more sense to do my extension at the same time as the bars, to make the cable situation easier. Thus, this has now gone from a 30 minute bar install to a huge shitfest, lol.

I have the gold ATR x Standard Functions extension. I removed all the floorboards and front fender this morning, just giving up and doing everything at once. I won't disassemble the whole bike for the extension until my FSM gets here mid-week, but I made a good start. Pictures of chaos are forthcoming.
