I'm hitting 40/41 mph everywhere no. Dips 35 when up hill into the wind. I love it. I need a fat stretch and exhaust now.

Or get a Grand Axis 2-smoker swap and 125cc Malossi big-bore and go like 75mph. You could still build this for less than the cost of a Big Ruckus.
EDIT: One guy (Pomeruck) did a 600cc swap from a Silverwing. Sky's the limit.
BigRuckus has NO aftermarket, so if you get one, either enjoy it stock or don't buy it. If you want a bigger-displacement bike, get a Reflex and throw a fatty, air suspension, etc on it. Tuned big scoots are tits.

You need to make sure the stem is made for whatever diameter your bars are, but otherwise, yes.
It was funny, I'd sold a 2005 to a 50 year old guy from Spain like two years ago. Lo and Behold, on my ride in today, I passed him on Rockville Pike. I slowed down, and we rode light-to-light the rest of the way in. Turns out he works like two blocks from me, crazy coincidence. I'm going to try to get him to come to the 6/19 ride.
