When people start hacking shit, and biting peoples style, is when the shit gets talked normally. There are obvious trolls anywhere, but everyone has an opinion they feel the need to voice, including me, and opinions are like assholes, everyones got one, and they all stink but yours.

Not to mention the fact that we're not 6 years old anymore, and I dont think there is a single person on here named Ned Flanders.

just ignore all the posts and look at the pictures.
if the pics contain things that make your eyes bleed, back button.
if you see fabrication that looks legit, read the posts.
if you see dope wheels/fitment, scan the posts for specs.
if you like what you see, make a comment -- if you worked hard on your car, you can relate. its nice to get an e-pat on the back.
if you have a question about something you see, ask without opinion.

making a post in some dudes 22 page build thread containing nice photos of all his work, trials encountered and the final product like 'rotas are for fags' is hardly productive. lets see your 22 page build thread, right?

besides, im sure there are some homosexuals who would be offended that it would be suggested they would put rotas on their cars.
i am too old for this shit.

I pretty much don't post outside a certain thread unless something really incites me to - I'm here for the S|W blog, the banter and the (seemingly) never ending stream of advice and badass looking homebuilt cars. I'll wait all month for an update on a fabrication dreamt up over a beer in a cold garage. There's an element of hands-on hot-rodding that I like about S|W. Sure some don't have garages, but they do the work anyway - on the side of the road, in parking lots, wherever. Its dedication.
I get the same feeling from the OGs here (nobody quote me on that...) - sure they rip on my very slow moving technologically inhibited build, but its all in good humor at the end of the day, or they have constructive things to say. If I have a genuine problem or need some car-related advice, members are there.

Essentially what I'm trying to say is: Ignore the bullshittery and focus on what matters to you about this forum.

I think people need to realize there is a difference between negative comments and constructive criticism. Everyone seems to be taking every little comment to heart lately. If you don't like the comment then ignore it and relax
