Really? I had 250k on my sc400 and it ran like a top, countless other friends have had zero issues with thiers and isn't lexus on the top 3 of most reliable cars list every year?

Just curious if I'm mistaken, cause I was planning on buying my daughter one in a year when she's got her learners permit. I can't think of a better car for reliability.

Its a VW... LOL, but srsly the 24v VRs are somewhat more reliable, but they still are problematic.

Aside from coilpacks and axles (only when driven hard or driven low) , I would say that the shell of the car, not the motor and drivetrain, is unreliable.

VW with a 2.0. mk3. super cheap, super reliable, super stanceable. for well under 10k
