Just to point out, the only "odd" failures there are the alternator and the oil filter housing if that was something you didn't cause. The clutch/flywheel are a regular maintenance item, and will only wear quicker with abuse or poor driving. The engine swap was required as the car overheated, and someone continued to drive it as it overheated, again, not normal wear and tear maintenance stuff. The car should be pretty reliable now that you have all that done.

        Reliable?

        Stance?

        In the same sentence?

          My thoughts exactly.

I would assume he meant reliable as in the engine/drive line being solid and reputable.

I would get E36 325i, realiable(most of them trashed in finland way beyond +300tkm) cheap parts, even when you kill the engine or gearbox... alot of information over internet how to repair.

and yeah you can get that low aswell

Anything you mod is going to take away from the reliability, the only stuff that breaks on my cars is shit I've messed with.

If i were you Id look into a lexus LS and use an aftermarket computer managment to slam the factory air suspension. Lexus is one of the most reliable cars on the road and they're fucking sweet when done correctly.
