im not saying i am, id just like to know everyone's thoughts. is it ok to keep in touch(however minimal) with an ex(serious, fling, etc.) or is it . . .against the rules? opinions???

I've had many exs that I don't talk to for a long time after the break up but somehow I've always gotten back in touch with them and then it doesn't end well lol. It's a waste if you ask me. I think it's better to just not talk to them or see them ever again. It's easier
