Talking to an Ex. Acceptable???

not necissarily a bad thing if youre single, however, if you are currently with someone you must put yourself in the so's shoes. How would you feel if s/he were talking to an ex?

Yea I agree exes arent good to talk to either way, but experience will not develope if mistakes arent made. ferrari didnt build a winner the first time around.

I agree. Ex's usually shouldn't be talked to while you're with someone else. If they find out then there most likely will be a problem. If you end up doing shit with the Ex then there will probably be a problem haha. You might think it's just friendship but between Ex lovers, one usually has sex in their mind.

I tried to be friends with my ex-wife after having been split up for 4 years. Nope. Ended up in the sack and then broke up again within 2 months.

I even contacted an ex from 12 years ago, back in 05. Met up, hung out for a weekend, ended up in bed, split within 2 months.

2 other chicks I dated back in HS, I keep in contact with, through myspace or whatever, but it's not like we talk at length or anything or see each other.

There is a reason they are ex's.

Most of the time i try NOT to talk to an ex, like everyone else said it usually ends bad, again.
But i also know some people who are close as hell w. exes and its perfectly normal/fine to them. Just really situational and varies by maturity of the person, some people dont understand "JUST BE FRIENDS" or cant break old habits to get to that plutonic relationship.
