*Disclaimer* I know what you guys are saying here, guy is a prick I can see that, but here are some points I'd like to point out.

1. Custom wheels take time. I know a few people who have ordered custom wheels, each time they were told 5 weeks max, 3 months later the wheels aren't done yet, in some cases waiting up to 6 months. And these are big name companies we are talking about, companies that make all their money from selling aftermarket wheels. But no one has really bitched about it there, because quality takes time.

2. Yeah I get the whole MTH makes their cast wheels... And yes you pay for the ADV1 center cap, I can think of tons of other similar situations though. And again no one really complains about it here.

3. He ran a fuck your fake wheels campaign, ok, I support that. Mackin and ACS have done very similar things without saying "fuck your fakes" ACS went as far to destroy replicas of their wheels in their "STOP" campaign, once again they were praised for this. If anything saying "fuck your fake wheels" is just putting the issue out there in a louder fashion. Sure you can complain about how its not "family friendly" the guy makes WHEELS not trying to solve world peace. There are political organizations or say "fuck" in their slogans put it all over their shirts and receive praise from all over the place.

Point I am making is yeah the guy is a douche, but nothing here is new, but this one guy is getting blasted for it. I don't get it? I'm not trying to defend him here, but they still make some baller wheels, that look sick as hell, and are serious quality.

I just don't get why people are attacking him for it, when other wheel companies do nearly the exact same thing.

Dealing with thousands of dollars typically means people get all crazy when shit doesn't happen exactly when they want, yeah 8 months of wait is ridiculous, but chances are that at least some of these people read these complaints before and still did it, and then regretted it. But there are a lot of people out there with ADV.1s that are quite pleased... So clearly he does good business as well. If he stopped being a prick and was up front about stuff, this wouldn't be happening.
