If CCW actually "copied" BBS, the problem is, CCW actually made them splits and as good as quality as BBS wheels and the costs reflect that. They didn't go 'hey, I like these wheels, let's make a replica wheel, make them 1 piece cast with fake bolts and sell them for $199 each!!!!'

That's a big IF they actually did that. Who honestly knows what that "BBS" wheel is? Could just be X wheel with a BBS sticker/stamp thing. And even if it was true, why hasn't BBS taken legal action against CCW?

None of those have 'subtle' changes. Almost everyone who has an eye for wheels can spot those fairly major differences.

Plus, which one of those companies has taken an inspiration and made their own forged concave, 3 piece splits out of? Or KEEP designing their own forged/3piece/race lines? That's the difference. The niche markets are completely different if you compare Rotiform to another 'rep' wheel company.
