Free taco.... tomorrow
Space? Any street will do. Hell, a kitchen floor will do. You don't need a ton of space. The smaller... the better you have to become at drifting. I.E.- chair and table legs as obstacles.
I was saying NO to those brands. Between support and popularity.... and support. You might have better luck picking up something else. One of the easiest cars to get parts for would be a Tamiya TT-01. By no means professional stuff. But you beat the crap of of it and not break it easily. Plus there are tons of parts available for it... EVERYWHERE.
i live out in the boonies... traffic jams in my area are caused by farm equipement so you can imagine how our roads are. and i did a lil research on the TT and its had great reviews... im tryin to get into a cheaper hobby than my car and truck and cant quite drop 400+ on an rc at this time... 150 is way more reasonable seeing as im about to have a new car payment i dont want ya know
All your guys cars are making me jealous! I got my rc about 6 years ago as a present, its a FWD tamiya chassis, still got ancient stuff, mechanical speed control lol,,but its fun just to mess around with, just made some custom tyres at the back to get it to spin abit
Got a mk4 body
Just painted the wheels white
E36 body, racing theme, planning to clean it up,remove stickers and get some new wheels when I buy a new chassis

I know this isn't RC by any means, but I thought I should share some of my handiwork.
1969 Dodge Dart GTS, 1:18 scale. I'd still like to put ignition wires in it and add a few more details, but it sits at my desk at work. Three-stage graphite metallic paint with flip-flop purple/blue clear, and a semi-flat clear over the top. It's been sitting on my desk for almost a year, so please excuse the dust.
