My tc3 and rustler vxl both lay frame, get on my level

You have a tc3!? I used to have one of those. I wasn't aware people still knew they existed. It doesn't count if you have that laying frame though. That only sits like a cm off the ground anyway.

I have a rustler vxl too and just haven't gotten to that yet. Plus my slash seemed like a better platform for drifting.

its funny you posted that korean video. im stationed in korea atm. and the guy just outside post owns a rc shop he is 2012 korean rc champion lol. his shop is nothing but rc drift shit haha.

Rob&co pointed me towards this topic.

I already searched for a proper topic but my car is a static display instead of a RC model.
So to be honest i thought it would not fit here.


Anyway enjoy my plastic model VIP Lexus

Build in scale 1:24 and painted in black with pearl clear finish.
Beige interior and an (in my opinion) awesome stance.





And one for the pearl effect.


Dunno if u guys like it but wanted to share my only VIP style car because i mostly build american cars

The manufacturer of the kit is Aoshima if i am correct.
They had a wide variety of VIP style cars but most of them are discontinued.
There are some older styles available from Nissan and Lexus and i mostly buy them online here in holland.

My personal favourite is my Dodge charger from 68.
But that is not in style with the forum so don't know f i can post it ?

Well here goes....

Painted with automotive paint with airbrush.
Cleared with a 2 component varnish.

Added detail like the ignition wiring and chrome trim with Bare metal foil.

well tt-01 and tt01D are the same chassis just body and tires and wheels is the only diff!

I did this e30 because of someones car on this forum. Would have looked 100% better if it was done with a tamiya e30 instead of HPI.
