Why do you guys care? You will all be on the other side one day, talking about how ridiculous some new fad is. I bet you all do it now, whether it comes to fashion or music or anything, it's all personal preference. So get over it. In 5 years it will be something new and you'll either **** it or love it, stop being so judgemental, it's hypocritical.
Do you like Justin bieber?
It would be nice if we could all be open minded, but it just doesn't happen.

I Want to Talk About Anyone Who is Anti-StanceWorks. Why do they ****?

Stance is catching on fast. Bimmerforums isn't half as bad as it was not too long ago. It's actually way, way better. Most threads people just talk about how cool the stanced cars are even if they're not BMWs and there's really not too many people bashing stance anymore. Of course there are still people out there but once they have a better understanding of it they warm up to it.
For example, on Bf.c when people would make ignorant comments about SW or fitment, I just put them on my ignore list because I really don't give a shit what they have to say anymore. Well, lately I've been curious and wondering what they've been saying and it's hilarious as to how much they're tune has changed. They LOVE stanced cars now and go against everything they once said. It's actually really funny.
Last night I talked to a total performance Porshe nut, probably close to 60 years old. I thought he was going to rip my car apart but he actually liked it. He kept telling me to raise my exhaust because I was shooting 6-7 car lengths of sparks and that I had rubber band tires. His 911 was the exact opposite of my car in terms of mods, but he kept telling me how much he liked my car and how it was cool to see an "old school" modded car next to a "new school" modded car. It was nice to meet someone with that mentality even if my car wasn't his taste at all. I can respect that.

From my encounters the people with the biggest issue with it are performance orientated, or oem-plus types. They just don't see the point as you scrape the car or rub on the fenders typically, and that bothers them. I wouldn't let it get to you, if you enjoy it keep doing it. Most who will say something are trolling to a point, if you ignore them or don't get worked up, they will get bored eventually.

These threads never go anywhere, first of all, ******, stop saying it.
Why do you care so much about what people say? Some people are never going to like what others are doing. And you are only proving the point you are trying to defeat by making this post. If some one doesn't like what you're doing and says it on the INTERNET, get over it, and get past it, its the internet.
By complaining you are proving you are no better than them.

I Want to Talk About Anyone Who is Anti-StanceWorks. Why do they ****?
So, people **** StanceWorks. Its nothing new, I know but I want to talk about it.
Lately I've been having a really hard time dealing with people who just have random pissy fits about Stanced cars. What the fuck is the big deal?! I have seen a quite a few people, on bimmerforumsof course, with random words of nothing but pure hatred in their signatures aimed at anyone who mutters the word stance or even thinks its cool.
I started thinking about the "stance revolution" recently and I came up with a similar situation. Rock n roll.
What did people in the 1950s think when Elvis was "rockin out"? Moms and dads got their panties in a wad and flipped a bitch. Something new started to catch on and the previous generations all ***** it.
With new generations comes new minds. "Once the mind has been stretched by a new idea,it will never again return to its original size." We like stanced cars, so we make it happen. Is everyone else jealous because they can't do it? Or because they can't handle the change. *gasp* Something different?
These poor people have so much energy devoted to being mad about stance. Boo Hoo. Shut the fuck up and look the other way if you don't like it.
I always remember a professor I had in one of my business classes who told me that when advertising you never name your competition. Its free advertising. By attacking your competitor you show your weakness.sounds like the interwebz to me.
I don't know if there is any one answer I'm looking for. I just needed to vent to a crowd that might have some of the same feelings.
