 So right now as it is my max bench is 225, squat is 275, and deadlift is 405 putting me at a combined max of 905 right now for all 3. Would love to get that to over 1000 by the end of the year.

 I've always been able to deadlift really well. Not sure why. lol
 
 Never been the best at bench though but hopefully someday I'll move around some heavy poundages.
 
 Not sure if I've ever mentioned this in here but I also do all my lifts raw. No wraps, no belt, no straps or gloves. Only thing I use is chalk. I've got nothing wrong with people using any of the stuff I mentioned (well, maybe gloves, ripped up hands are a right of passage) but I've always done everything without them and it's just the way I like to lift.

 So I about shit myself today when I weighed myself. Back around the beginning of June I was about 186-187. Today I was 202. Diets been kinda shitty on the weekend so it's time to change that and get back to it.

 I really wish step mills were still around. Not many gyms have then anymore. They have stair machines but they just aren't the same as a step mill.
