lol I'd love to sell it before winter and that would give you a chance to do more to it haha but if you are interested, maybe we can work something out. Where in Idaho do you have family?

All over Idaho. Boise, Meridian, Grangeville, Couer d'Alene, and Burley.

I'll see if I can work something out, but I wasn't really planning on buying anything until spring time.
