Well recently I purchased the new truhart bag kit for my 05 TL. Installed everything as described, but i have an issue with the front bags not lifting the car. If the car is on jack stands inflated to 80psi then if I take the car off the stands it's high, however once I let the air out sure the car drops but I reinflate the bags up to 140psi and the front doesn't go up one bit! .. however once u start jacking up the front again the pressure drops to around 20psi because I release the weight of the car off the bags! .. but why isn't this working as it should? I'm lost.. the rear works perfect! .. and no I don't have leaks, that's the first thing I checked ! Need some help guys

What management are you running, where are you taking your pressure measurements, and what gauge are you using?

I have manual management, the kit came with 2 switches .. 1 front 1 rear, i know I know that's not good, this is why today I ordered the autopilot v2 management. The readouts I'm using a psi gauge that came with the kit. The issue is that once aired out no matter how much air I try to inflate it to the car does not go up.. it's as if the front is way to heavy for it to liftLast edited by Fastguy; 05-31-2015, 08:41 PM.

You can get a rough estimate of how much pressure you need in the bag to start lifting the vehicle by dividing the vehicle's front corner weight by the front suspension motion ratio, and then dividing that by the area of the top cap of the air bag. It's a rough estimate, but it'll typically get you within 10 psi or so.
