Not to sound like a downer or anything but you should have pressure tested the tanks for a lot more than what you're going to be running (and stand behind something while you're doing it). The tanks we sell are pressure tested up to four times their listed maximum capacity.

This was always on the cards, just working out how im going to run them.

Ive heard you need at least 1 Foot between your compressor and Condensation traps for it to even work,So im trying to come up with some cool ideas..

    Last test: Tank's in holder, 155psi for 24 Hrs,With a 1mm buldge ( A bees dick basically)

    Front

    Back View.

The reason for the hole cut out in the wheel well is too work on the Air lines and trying to work out where the sub will go,I'm still thinking flush finish and maybe counter sunk so I can put a lid over it for shows.

At this stage Im thinking of doing all the wiring & plumbing from behind,Icould do it under the tanks but dont have a lot of room.

Also I've been following this thread, awesome man.
Your spot on NorCalFocus, That tank is very wide, hence more surface area thats why it bulged, mine are only tiny, Bigger tank is 100mm wide (3.9 Inches) X 900mm Length
    (35inches)

    Thanks .

    Theres no bracing.

What MM thickness were his tanks ?

My tanks will never have more then 150psi in them again.
I went to 190psi just to make sure.

Real thick... what would we class as real thick.
