According to this article, Fittipaldi was made by Enkei starting around 2000, with 1 and 3 piece wheels.

From the couple pictures I can find, they look like fake splits to me. Don't know for sure though..

Most likely japanese, multipiece, double bolt pattern 4 & 5 x 114.3, one blank sticker and no markings of any kind.

Bolt markings? Can't remember if they had any, but I'll have a closer look at this weekend, with more pictures.

Work Rezax is close. Wow. What I found is SSR GP0 or GP-Theta Evolution, which has similar features.

That "blank" sticker - try to look at it when it's wet, at different angles, etc.
