I do not think they are splits, but could be wrong. The valve stem looks like it would be a 1 piece wheel.Comment

Thanks for answers. Yeah, they look like knock-offs. Though the ones you posted have 10 spokes, not 11. And dish is a little different, valve steams look weird, that is true aswell!Comment
