Custom 1 piece wheels to 2-3 piece :)

Well seems like you can pretty much cut any set of wheels and mount them to a lip/barrel set up? I have a few wheels in mind can you cut the faces out from the 1 piece so I can use OZ Racing lips/barrels?

i saw the chrylser wheels at a junkyard and loved the face of them, but i cant use 17's on my car. they look great!
