You're truly an artist those wheels look gorgeous!! Does it matter what material the face is made of and whether it's cast or forged in regards to strength? How much of a beating can they take before they'll crack? Thanks for any help you can provide.

And cmon guys, do you honestly think he'll post up his process for making these CUSTOM ONE OF A KIND wheels? lol
If he did everyone would have them.

However I have to add, if you have the right equipment it's a pretty simple process, think about it.

These are not only gorgeous, there genius. Those are special bottle caps made in a 15.3" diameter specifically for the Michelin trx tire. I was just thinking of how cool it would be to convert them to three piece. If it wouldn't to much trouble, could you go into a lil bit more detail on the modification to mount the lips and barrels?
