Thanks for all your help man.

I've got the first lip completely wet sanded, did 320-400-600-800-1000-1500-2000. Looks nice and smooth now with no scratches but dull.

So I have some brown polishing compound that came with my dremel kit that I bought a couple years ago. Can I/Should I use it? Or should I go straight to the Mothers mag & aluminum polish I have? Should I apply the mothers with the dremel and a buffing wheel or do it by hand?

Buy a meguir's polishing dynacone, and use it with an electric drill. That will have the high enough rpms to get a polished look, cutting the elbow grease in half.

Also spend more time sanding a making sure theres no sanding marks. Cause I can still see some in my lips but I'm glad how they came out.

It'd be cool if you color matched the faces Suzuka blue

Well I got antsy and just went through my own way..Just elbow grease and mothers. I tried using the dremel but it was giving an uneven polish.

Unfortunately my drill is 3 hours away at my parent's house, will definitely use it for the next lip. This one still needs a little more polishing but I'm pretty please with how it turned out.
