  • OZ Futura lips nad barrels sizes.

I need some help guys, these are 7.5Jx17", et50, 5x114.3. I cannot figure out what are the lips/barrels sizes. How should I measure them, and what is the width of the centers?
I easily measure the BBS wheels this way: lip x" +center 0.5" + barrel y" = total J, is this valid for the OZs?
    Thanks in advance.

Looks to me like a 1" drop lip and the center is probably .5" thick (like most) and if it is sandwich mounted the drop lip covers most of the center based on its design.

with that said, it looks to me like a 6.5" barrel (about 1" of the barrel has the sealant slopped on it, 1" drop lip and .5" thick center. If rear mounted, its questionably a 7" wheel not 7.5

if you add a picture of the back of the wheel, it will be much more apparent how the wheel is assembled. Every OZ wheel i have seen is rear mount

Like said, looks to be a 1" drop lip, and 7" barrel IF they are sandwich mounted. But I've personally never seen a set of OZ wheels sandwich mounted, if you remove the sealant it would be easier to identify it, and say what the size of the barrel is.

I would say that they are 1´" drop lips, 0.5" centers and 6" barrels then.
Good luck with the set man, i personally love futuras.

Was just going to make a question thread but seeing as how this is up I'll ask in here. 17x8.5 and 10 OZ Pegasus both +45. There rear mounted stock so if I sandwich mount them I know they'll be a half inch wider but what happens to the et? Im mostly confused because its an even amount both positive and negative.

                      That's a 5" barrel, 1" lip and the center are 1" thick (sandwich mounted result 7" )

thanks for the link, but i'm still not quite sure, because don't have measuring tool in inches, only in centimeters and i can figure out the exact numbers...

but most probably its a 7,5inch barrel with 1,0inch lip, as they're with rear mounted faces (not sandwich).
