Just take the inside edge out with some sandpaper. Make sure you take off the same all the way round. You probably only need to take off a small amount.

Barrels were absolutely perfect before I took then apart. Haven't dropped them or hit them hard during the time theyve been apart so I'm not sure that could have happened. But I'm going to put the cebters in the freezer as suggested. How long can I put them in there without the paint cracking?

I hit them hard with a hammer and wood. They went in, but wouldn't fully seat
lol I would have done that already. I'll throw the centers I'm the freezer tomorrow and see what happens.

By about 1/8". I figured if they don't seat with being pounded in, they're not going to seat from being bolted since you only use 14-16 foot pounds on each bolt.

I'm not bitching at all. lol I'm making sure that I don't waste time and money to build these wheels and bend the shit out of them putting them together.
All of the hardware is brand new. BBS recommends 12-14 lbs for new hardware and 20-24 lbs if I would be reusing old hardware.
Hitting them with a hammer and block of wood didn't work, and won't it work unless I try another method. I've done it over and over. I guarantee that if they won't go on that way, they won't draw on with the bolts.
I know how to assemble the wheels. Two of them went together perfect. I just want to get these last two centers seated well to assemble these wheels and put them on.
I'm trying the frozen centers, warm barrels tonight and hopefully they'll cooperate.
