Need tire stretch help (Yes I've searched) 8" wheel,195 vs. 205

Gotcha. I ended up getting 912s instead because I thought they were.

Did the 912s stretch any where equally compared to the 512s?

they are the same... all you have to do is go look is search for both tires and look at the section width. but in general from any wheel company the differences in their sizes should be the same.

Oh ok, I was just wondering being an "upgraded" tire maybe stiffer or different sidewall so crappier stretch like the yokohama's

205 have a very nice stretch. These are Falken 512

Both 205/40's 512 is much more narrow.

+1.......Also what are people using in place of the 512's in order to achieve the same stretch appeal besides the Fuzion which were posted. I'm having a really hard time finding these tires and even more trouble finding 195/40 R17. Only thing coming close is the 205/40 R17 Falken 912's

Here is a 912 205/40 on my 17x8's:





It's not much but it works for now. I'm planning to widen the 8's to 10's and then running a 215/40.

Just for reference, here is a 205/40 on one of my 9's:
