Ok, i know this is confusing. But i had an idé of unstretching the tyres, like motorbike tyres(?) but you can all forget about that. My pro offset calculations were totally wrong. The wheels are poking about 80mm, and i thought i needed spacers :S

But i'm still in a need of 13" low profiles, to get the crap down on the ground. 60-70mm ground clearance is high. But i only have 15mm wheel travel left. So reducing the tyre diameter is the only way for me to go.

    Now looking for ≈155 45 r13...

60-70mm of ground clearance and you only have 15mm of suspension travel left? What kind of vehicle is this, a dump truck? And how did you lower it? You do realize 15mm is less than half an inch. That would be practically undrivable for most vehicles except with extremely stiff spring rates. Your profile says you have a Beetle, is that what this is for?

Something is seriously wrong, either with your measurements (hopefully) or with your vehicle.
