They aren't telling you to mount the wheels backwards.. They are telling you to take the wheels apart and put the barrel where the lips goes and the lip where the barrel goes.

+50 is going to be WAY too much on an E28. Considering they should be between -5 and +10 for decent fitment.

Wrong wheels, period. +50 is too high, -50 is too low. Unless you do some crazy silhouette widebody.

But this is what happens when you buy wheels without planning ahead.

with 35mm spacer i will be alll good et 15 in the rear is pretty good i will reverse the face tomorow

Probably that its not going to be that easy with the wheels. I know you can swap with RS's but I'm not sure about other split wheels. Or he could be talking about the fact that +50 isn't guaranteed. You will have to do the math based on back spacing lip size, barrel size. Nothing wrong with pulling them apart and trying though.
