    Thanks, yeah I've been browsing a few forums trying to find out what offset I'd need if I got 17x9.5's. Cus I know if I do 17x9 it'd for sure be ET20. It's gonna be my DD and I don't want to have to do major work just to get the 9.5's to clear.

    9.5 et26 would poke the same as a 9 et20, but you would have 12mm less inner clearance. I don't know e36s so I don't know if you would run into any troubles with losing that clearance or not.

    For the rear, if I were to put a 17x9.5 wheel, what offset would I need to make the rims flush with the fender, after a little roll? I know if I go 17x9, it'd be ET20 but how about 17x9.5? &Would it fit without hitting anything once I slammed the car on coilovers? Cus if not then I'll just stick to the 9's. Any help is appreciated!
