It's an OEM finish called "Brilliant Line".

Those are 20s.
Less tire, more low, more spacers (or better yet, widened wheels) and that car would be incredible.

That's my favorite part about them!!! Long and low cars are my favorite kinds, short and tall FTL in my opinion.

I completely disagree. Long and low is what car designers have been going for for, well, forever. it's what brought about chopped to Mercuries, and long, low Deusenbergs. Of course, I could say that the E30 is way too stubby. It's like the BMW equivalent of Megan Fox's thumbs..
