I'm new here, pretty nice forum, I like everyone's cars, I like how everything is accepted here and the **** is left at the door. Here's two pictures of my car in it's current state.

Wheels suck and it's not low enough but all my money is tied up in a motor swap right now.





Here is how it previously was, front was higher and hood was paintier.

Tips: Repaint hood...go lower...better wheels!

Unless you wanna sand the hood down so it's kinda like shiny metal. When I first saw it it looked like a steel panel off an old abandoned airplane or something. Sick Integra bro.

The hood would look cool bare/polished metal with a clear coat over it but it looks best painted. Nice car, slam it.

Luckily I still have the original white hood sitting in my room, this hood came off of my sisters E30 because it has a dent and the clear coat was peeling all over the place. I did it because I am bored as hell with this car right now, it's slow (318i), not low (no coilovers yet), and the wheels are lame. Trying to keep my interest going while I save money for the swap. Speaking of the swap, 2.9L M50 stroker. Got the motor/head for free so I am just going to build it up rather than buy an S50.

The plan was to finish the swap, then do a 5 lug conversion + coilovers, then do wheels. I was thinking maybe adapting some Porsche twists. Never seen it on an E30. The E30 on this forum that has the D90s looks sick with the Porsche wheels. I think I'll take some of your advice and sand it down so it's shiny metal.

idk about aw 5 lug conversion. just cause they're not cheap and there are soooooo many choices in 4x100

just stick with 4x100 and get something different. you'll save money and put it towards coilovers....
