This Saturday (August 21st) we arranged the first Stance meet in Odessa. This was the first attempt to collect lowered cars of my friends in one place, so please don't judge harshly. We are not so strong yet as to arrange our own meet, therefore we decided to gather in the context of Ukrainian Drifting Championship, held by D1 UDF.
Unfortunately we didn't meet any help or at least understanding from the the side of Drifting event stuff, and had to search for a nice place in visitors area. In spite of it all I think that first attempt became a good experience and a great beginning.
There were 11 cars in our line and almost each of them is not finished yet, but still there was a lot of stuff for us to show to the visitors:

Here is a nice family-car of my friend Xima. Not slammed but still looks extremely clean
and nice sitting on H&R springs with 18x8.5 Work Emotion XT7s on if you ask me:
ARMAGEDDON's Cougar - the only Cougar I've seen that looks clean. Sitting low on cut H&R springs, KONI Yellows and some 18" colour matched Kei-Racing wheels:
One great E39 540i of my friend Muscleman (don't mess with him) with 13x18 OZ Futuras in the rear:
His fronts are 10" wide and car is lowered on Weitec TX-type coilovers.
Rear wheel arches are welded and widened but are not painted yet. And here is his huge 13x18 ET0 roller:
Another low 540i with 18" Beyerns on and static drop with Low-Tec budget suspension:

Here is a 4.0 V8 powered ultra clean (don't mind these ugly stickers) E30 of my friend JAM, who had to stand with us on his slammed car with 16x9 custom painted Kerchers, but decided to participate in the Championship:
So.... To summarize the result I need to say that our cars attracted a lot of visitors' attention. And I'm very glad for that. Because in fact it shows that people in Odessa like how suspension and wheels change the car's look. Our country is still very far from all world trends and still respects some crazy bodykits, pearl-paint, chrome spinners and huge wings, but this event showed us that the situation isn't that bad and there are a lot of people who understand and like what we do. It means that we do have potential.
