It doesn't depend on a country. There are different people with different cars and absolutely different aesthetic sense. I can't say I find this set of wheels ideal for E39 and definitely I wouldn't put 13 inchers on my E39 (if I had one), if you ask me. But this one looks absolutely different and doesn't look neither ugly nor funny. It looks strange because you have to get use to it's look. Obviously cause we don't often see cars with 13x18 wheels. And in any case this car needs to be showed up finished to make any conclusion regarding its' look.

Maybe that was me, and maybe that was you also. There was no any aggression in my words. At least I didn't intend to show any. Sorry. Maybe that's my English. I still can not catch all the nuances and half-tones. But I try my best. Just need more practice.

I dont get why stage there cars with a turned wheel. IMO it ruins stance.
