Ah hell, now I'm starting to agree with Sean. I'm not feeling this at all. The body style doesn't lend itself well to rat rodding it and it looks like you're just doing everything you see that's currently trendy to the car.

pointless roof rack - check
random bright colored pieces - check

What ever happened to taking a nice car, dumping it and throwing nice wheels on it? You need to have a vision for what you're trying to achieve, not asking people's tips on how to make your car look like shit.

Sidewall of those tires is WAY to big. I think this could be super classy if it was a flat olive color, ditch the rusted hood not many cars can pull that off and this is not one of them and paint the steelies white or bronze or something.

it would be one thing if you found a w124 that has been sitting out in a field for 10 years and was all fucked up...but you are fucking up a good car...

its not like my car where its got some dents and rust spots here and there which have happened over its life. my original intention was to clean up the body and paint my car, but after seeing it with a nice stance and some decent wheels, I decided the look of the body fit.

rust everything expect 1 body panel, but paint it a flat color. id like to see a chopped roof too =D may be a bit of a reach tho huh

i love rat rods and all but i like mercedes clean and fresh. its all up to you but i dont know if this is the best car to turn into a rat rod....
