There are some obscure clear coats that stick, but not all that well, iirc what the local wheel refinisher told me.
Better bet is powder coating, I believe, but regardless what you do, it won't be nearly as shiny as unsealed.

That's my understanding of it. Paint doesn't bond well to smooth surfaces.

and i'm thinking about facelift nose panel..can't decide yet it looks better, but i'm thinking if it should be:
a) chrome, to match the wheels
b) blacked out
c) carbon fiber wrapped

suggestions are welcome
