  • 5x108 Wheels 2013 Ford Fusion

    Hello,

Im new to the board. I have a 2013 Ford Fusion in black with the appearance package. I'm thinking to get some 19 or 20 inch wheels for the car. A lot of brands will no longer make cutsom drilled wheels for for us anymore. TSW makes 5x108 wheels but I already seen them on every new fusion with wheels, and CCW doesnt make anything that I feel would look great on this car.

Anyone know any decant wheels in 5x108 with the size I have in mind? I really wanted some Gram Light 57S-Pro

This is basically the car I have for you photoshoppers:

    Welcome!

You are currently posting in the wrong sub-forum, but no worries. I believe that either the Wheels and Brakes or the Off Topic forum will be of more help to you. (Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong). This forum is reserved more for a finished car than it is for questions.

As far as what you're asking; have you asked any local shops that do redrills if they would be willing to do it for you? And if they are it would also be useful to know what PCD they'd feel safest redrilling from. If you don't know any local shops, I have heard nothing but good things about Memoryfab. But again shoot them an email and ask first!

Thank you Daffy, I will ask a mod to move it. Is redrilling safe?

If done properly, it is perfectly safe.

There are also 5x108 to 5x112 and 5x108 to 5x114,3 adapters available.

The problem with adapters is the fusion uses a highish offset of like +45.

I didn't take offset into consideration, just options to widen your wheel possibilities.

Imo you don't have to stay in the higher offset. Not sure what widths this body can run though.

They start poking at like +35 offset with a 9" wheel but I guess it depends on the wheel and lip too.

Ahhh 5x108. Welcome to the struggle. Old school Ferraris use that pattern as well as 99% of Volvos from '70 up. Your best option is find a wheel you can fill and redrill and then never be able to sell it again.

You might look at some of the newer Volvo wheels for XC90s and other models that came with 18" or bigger wheels. Those have an offset around 42.

Not something I'm willing to do to a car with 67 miles on it lol. I'm just looking for some nice aftermarket wheels for it. I think Lexani sells wheels in this pattern, I may have to go with them. I'll look into redrilling, but thats really sticking me with the wheel forever lol

companies like Memoryfab.com and Vrwheels.com can do re-drills for most wheels sets they sell on their sites. Also they're more companies than CCW that will offer custom wheels or custom bolt patterns like Fifteen52, Watercooled ind, 3dsm wheels, ISS wheels Rotiform (even for their monoblock wheels) and many more. I used to own a ford focus, so I know about the struggle. If you search long enough, you can find the set you want, with the proper bolt pattern, size and offset.

Don't settle for lexani wheels (boo) and fitting adapters with high offset OEM/ aftermarket wheels are possible.

The New Jaguar XF has very classy wheels in 20 inch. If i am not mistaking, thats 5x108
Also, the new landrover Evoque is 5x108.

I would run adapters and use a Higher offset Wheel, but thats just me.
