Sorry to answer after two years. It is not hard to find parts, the factory is committed to provide after the closure of parts for the next 10 years.
Zastava Factory was closed and now there's fiat.

Since the owner is a bit lazy, let me update this thread for him :P

It's been a year and a couple of months and our annual Zastava gathering has been held.
Nothing much has been changed on the car, new paint on rims, new shift knob, basicly the car is clean as it gets...
Our fellowship has grown a bit since last year, so, here are some pics of the car(s)...
