My dad used to have one of these and always complains that he can't get them anymore. I showed him this and he said "I WANT ONE"

He said he would top it out in every gear everywhere he went and still averaged 30-40mpg

Can be lowered even more, but then I could not move it, there may be 2cm from the floor to the lowest point. Yugo forward have a sled that protects the transmission and oil crankcase.
