it was the most truck we could pay cash for as newlyweds right out of college. the next one will for sure be 4wd, but we've only missed it a couple of times with this one.Originally posted by skrapez View Post2wd doe?
it'll hopefully be towing my car to a couple of out-of-town drift events this year. just hope I get some rolling shots of it.Originally posted by driftsucky View PostI'd tow shit with it

Thanks! The angle is actually pretty mellow and doesn't need any mods. I just replaced the driveshaft ujoints and, after 70k lifted, they were holding up fine.Originally posted by stinkinrich View PostYeh thats very awesome.
Do you have to do any mods to the transmission/propshaft because its at such an angle now?
Thanks. It was a last minute choice, but I've been really happy with it. So far no tree-hugger has scratched up my truck. However, lots of trees have scratched it, so kind of the same thing.Originally posted by DaanE46 View PostAwesome truck man. Epic license plate btw

haha. My last wheels were not much better, so I wanted to do something proper this time around.Originally posted by Strawhat View PostAs a southerner, this is a great looking truck.
And THANK YOU for not putting these on it.

Same reason I have no 458: $$. Like I said, at the time (6 years ago) this fit our budget and needs really well. It would have cost a lot more to acquire, lift and regear a 4x4 or diesel.Originally posted by KarlSpackler View PostY u no diesel?
Thanks! Its surprisingly hard to find any sort of legit non-beadlock off-road wheel. These were built and shipped in 2.5 weeks and relatively affordable, so I'm really happy with them.Originally posted by hinrichs View Postlove it, glad to see something other than the normal wheels most people pick...same boat as the jeep guys025garage

Badass.
Would be even more so if it were diesel and 4wd, but that has all been beaten into the ground, even after you explained yourself
