  • Did a test fit, ready for air now.

AIR IS HERE, see page 3 for update.

I did a test fit over this past weekend with my new wheels. I'm pretty happy with how they flow with the car. The next step (besides tires obviously) is Airlift Autopilot V2, and some bags for the front and rear. I'm really anxious to get to work on that aspect of it, I'm considering making a build thread for it as well, perhaps not. It's not like I'm doing anything crazy.

Wheel specs are: Rotiform NUE's 4x100 17x8 ET30. It's really nice that the 3G coupes like mine can fit that wide of the wheel compared to other Saturns.

I'm pretty set on removing the wing from the trunk as well. Possibly replacing it with a rear window visor, I've found one that I liked. Wingless will give it a much cleaner look in my opinion.

Comments/Critiques welcome on pictures and car, but it would be appreciated if they were constructive!

So... 8s are considered wide now?

I've never seen that car before, looks interesting. Def loose that wing, the wheels suit the lines, should look pretty interesting once it's all fitted.

Not in general, but for Saturn S-series yes. Thank you for the advice

                So am I really

Wing removal from the trunk lip will create holes (obviously). I'm not really sure what I'm going to do with them. Maybe I'll source a trunk lip from somewhere....

So glad the previous owner liked wings. Not.

+30 was the lowest offset I had seen done, I tried to play it safe. I can always buy a spacer.

I think I might decide to just tuck wheel when I'm on air. I see alot of cars doing that, and I like it.

Plastic fenders, yes. Which creates another reason why tucking would be better. If I can't roll them, I won't be able to get spot on fitment. I would want spot on if I went for fender/wheel fitment. But I haven't really decided quite yet.

you could still shave the inner fender lip.

I think I will regardless of what I choose to do for fitment. Couldn't hurt anything. Pull the fender liners out as well
